Quilt Show Silent Auction

I am in charge of the silent auction at the quilt show this year.  Our founder Mary Isbell passed away this year and we have named a memorial scholarship fund for our guild in her memory.  We will use this fund to help further education through our guild.  Mary was an advid quilt teacher in our area and state.  She would be proud of how we are honoring our founder.

Here are some pictures of the items we have up for auction.  The first picture is a close up of a sunbonnet sue calendar months quilt.  It is so cute.  The bid today was already $125.00 and it does not end until tomorrow at 3pm.
Here are some more of the items.  Batik snack mats, Embellishment basket, dresden plate fan table runner and some sterling silver I Love Quilting earrings.
Next we have a boys I spy rag quilt, a girls I spy rag quilt, an alphabet quilt, an orange, green and golden quilt and a large tote bag.
More of the quilts and wallhangings for sale.
We have so many talented quilters in our guild.  And can I say so many giving ladies of their time and talents.
More of the items up for auction.  In the front of this picture is our guild's table of YLI thread sales.
With the looks of the bids today we are going to have a very profitable silent auction for our scholarship fund.

Happy Quilting,
Shelia
